Please note, although you may be able to use most of the features with other browsers some features may be unavailable such as WYSIWYG editing and multiple file uploads.
Firefox on a Windows OS has been known to run all features except for the multiple file upload function. You can still upload your photos into the website using the single file upload option.
On a MAC OS we suggest using the latest Firefox browser from Mozilla. This will allow you to use the WYSIWYG editor, but will still limit you from using the multiple file upload function. You can still upload your photos using the single file option.
If you have filled out forms on the Web, you already have the basic skills required. Uploading photos is as easy as sending attachments through email. Just click the “Browse” button on our application to search for your photos.
There are several reasons. A lot of our users already have an online portfolio with free websites, but feel they require their very own professional website. A website that showcases only their work and separate from modeling sites that may steer a potential client. Secondly, you will find our service appealing if you don't like the provider's logo shown on top of your portfolio or banner ads designed to take focus away from you. Our service does not focus on our branding. Thirdly, our service allows you to update stats and photos by yourself. No web designer needed. You have full control at anytime for updates. We also have other features like a guestbook, email database, postcards, etc.

It is not necessary to resize your images before uploading them into ProimageGuide. Our application will dynamically resize the photos to fit within the various pages on your website while maintaining the original photo's aspect ratio.
The most common problem with images not displaying in your Proimageguide website after you've uploaded your file is related to the file names. If your filename is too long or contain characters and or symbols it may not display correctly. This is not limited to the Proimageguide application, but can be a problem with any web hosting company. When displaying images in a website, keep your filenames simple, short, and prevent the use of characters or symbols when possible. If you need to add a separation you should use the underscore "_" for separating words or names. After you've renamed your files you can re-upload them into your Proimageguide Website.
Proimageguide has a new feature that integrates a PayPal shopping cart into your website. Currently this new feature is not available with Demo accounts. This feature is only available to Level 2 subscribers with our hosting service.
